Your data, plainly.
What we collect
Your email address (for sign-in), the feedings you log (flour, temperature, timing), and starter photos you choose to upload. That's it. No trackers, no ad networks, no selling data.
Why we collect it
Your feedings train your own personal prediction offset — the model that learns your kitchen. Photos are classified to tell you if your starter is rising, peaked, or over. Photo classifications may be used to improve the model, but only in aggregate, and never with your identity attached.
Where it lives
Supabase (Postgres, EU/US regions) for data, Supabase Storage for photos. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Photo classification uses the MiniMax vision API; images are sent for classification and are not used by MiniMax for training.
Your rights
Export or delete everything, any time: email us and it's done within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your feedings, photos, and profile permanently.
